Who is Inteliflex Corporation?
About Us
Inteliflex Corporation is creating a Digital Marketplace that will assist Flooring Installation Contractors and Businesses requesting their services in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff. The Marketplace also serves those Businesses in advertising flooring installation opportunities to Contractors.
Our mission is to create a platform that connects talent with opportunity, and makes the job search process and the work scheduling, assignment, and execution processes automated, seamless, and efficient.

Heidi Dye
After graduating with a BA from the College of Charleston, Rich worked for 15 years in the printing industry for companies that manufactured electronic pre-press technology and equipment, working as an application specialist and sales support specialist. In these roles, Rich discovered his aptitude and passion for sales.
In the past 20 years Rich has worked in Sales and Sales Management for such companies as ADT Security, New York Life, and Heartland Payment Systems and Global Payments. Rich will bring his passion and knowledge of Technology and Sales to help Inteliflex Corporation grow and prosper.
Heidi has served construction industry companies in their operations. in their sales and marketing programs, and in executive management roles for over 30 years. She spent many of those years working in the Flooring Industry, initially as a Sales Associate for a Big Box store in their flooring department and, over time, progressing to Executive level roles in one of the nation’s largest flooring installation service providers.
Heidi has in-depth knowledge of the Floor Covering Industry, its products, business processes, and installation procedures, as well as the problems and challenges facing the industry. She has also been a successful business owner and has served in all levels of sales, marketing, and operations management in the flooring industry, building business relationships and partnerships throughout her career.
Heidi is an exceptional leader with the ability to motivate her staff as well as build strategic, cross-functional business relationships to support key business initiatives. Her skills and experience make her uniquely qualified to shape Inteliflex Corporation's vision and create the first and foremost Flooring Digital Marketplace in North America.
Richard Dye
Eugene spent 35 years in the Mid-Atlantic Region leading Information Technology (IT) groups with responsibilities spanning custom software application development, packaged software installations, IT infrastructure operations, and IT information security. His career included tenures at Booz, Allen, and Hamilton, Amtrak, Marriott International, Carey International, Tatum LLC, and LaserShip Inc. For the last 20 years of his career, Eugene was a career Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Having retired as the CIO and CISO from LaserShip Inc. in July of 2018 and relocated to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, he has since served part-time as a Virtual CISO for Black Cipher, a New Jersey cybersecurity firm, and as a consultant for Software Productivity Specialists (SPS), a technology consulting firm based in Maryland. He is presently serving as the CTO for Inteliflex Corporation.
